TOPIC: Right on Time
Today’s Scripture: “For still the vision awaits its appointed time…If it seems slow, wait for it; it will surely come; it will not delay.” Habakkuk 2:3, (ESV) ENGLISH STANDARD VERSION.
Message : None of us like to go through waiting periods, but we all have things we’re waiting on—a dream to come to pass, our health to improve, to meet the right person for marriage, etc. We know God put the promise in our heart, but we wonder why it’s taking so long to happen. The Scripture says there’s an appointed time, which means any other time is the wrong time. If you don’t understand that God will always be right on time, the waiting periods will cause you to be frustrated. But you can only receive the promise within God’s timing. He knows when you’re ready, when to open the door, when to turn it around. If it’s not happening yet, be mature enough to say with David, “God, my times are in Your hands.” Psalm 31 verse 15. Now do your part and trust Him. Wait for the God who created the universe to unfold His plan for your life.
Prayer for Today: “Father, thank You that You know what I need and have an appointed time set to get it to me. I choose to stop stressing out over what I don’t have, knowing it will be here down to the very second of when I really need it. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”
PROPHETIC DECLARATION: The only one that can lead you step-by-step aright is Jesus Christ who is the way, the truth and life. Any step you take without His leading is dangerous. From great wealth of experience, Prophet Jeremiah in his book in chapter 10 verse 23 (NKJV) says: “O LORD, I know the way of man is not in himself; It is not in man who walks to direct his own steps”. You shall not be programmed into error in Jesus name. Grace not to depend and rely on your own understanding in taking crucial decisions in the journey of life is given to you. Endurance, patience and wisdom to wait for the appointed time of God is released unto you. The creator of the whole universe shall favour you and unfold His plan for your life and give you accomplishments this season in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
