DAILY DEVOTIONAL MESSAGE FROM MERCYLAND MINISTRIES SUNDAY 02 MAY 2021.
Topic: You Have the Advantage.
Today’sScripture: “…His favour is for a lifetime…” Psalm 30 verse 5, (AMP) AMPLIFIED BIBLE.
Message: One definition of the word “favour” is an advantage for success. When you put God first, when you obey His commands, you open the door for His favour which means you have the advantage for success! Even if someone may have wronged you and it looks like they have the upper hand, even if it looks like things are never going to change, keep reminding yourself, “I have an advantage. God is in control of my destiny. He’s fighting my battles for me. He is my Vindicator. And it’s just a matter of time before things change in my favour.”
The book of Hebrews says, “Don’t cast away your confidence.” One translation says, “payday is coming.” In the difficult times, you have to remind yourself that payday is on the way! God is a faithful God. If you’ll keep doing the right thing, honouring Him, expecting His favour, God promises that He will pay you back. He will restore everything in your life that the enemy has stolen. Remember, you have the advantage today!
Prayer for Today: Father, thank You for Your grace, mercy and everlasting favour. I open my heart and mind to You and receive every blessing You have for me. Thank You for favour and the advantage for success in every area of my life in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Prophetic Declaration: Confidence is an attribute that God will always compensate and reward. It puts you in an advantageous position. You’re programmed into favour whenever divine confidence has a place in your life. Bible in the book of Hebrews chapter 10 verse 35, (NIV) says: “So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded”. You shall receive abundant GRACE to demonstrate your readiness to please God in whatever He’s asking you to do. As from today, your difficult times has come to an end, your payday has come. You shall receive great rewards for the confidence you have in God in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
JESUS SAID: “Look, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to each person according to what they have done. Revelation chapter 22 verse 12 (NIV). Are you ready for the second coming of Jesus Christ? Please give your life to Jesus.
