DAILY DEVOTIONAL MESSAGE FROM MERCYLAND MINISTRIES TUESDAY 15 JUNE 2021.
Topic: A Reflection of Your Father.
Today’s Scripture:
But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord…, Second Corinthians chapter 3 verse 18, NKJV
Message: During Sunday service, if my wife and I brought our children up on the platform and their clothes were all raggedy and worn out. If they had holes in their shoes and their hair was a ratty mess. If they were drop out from school; my church congregation would look at us and think, “What kind of parents are this pastor and his wife?” It would be a poor reflection on how we care for our children. Many wouldn’t like to identify with us and our ministry. Now, think about how our lives reflect God’s goodness. When you’re happy, looking good, living in a nice place, excelling in your career, generous with others; that brings a smile to God’s face. It shows the world God’s goodness, and He (God) is happy with that.
Always remember: it brings God great pleasure to prosper you. It brings God pleasure when you show the world His goodness and glory. Remember, you are a reflection of your Father, and He delights in you!
Prayer for Today: Father, thank You for showing me Your goodness and faithfulness. I want to represent You well. Thank You for pouring out Your blessing upon me so that I can reflect Your love and goodness in every area of life in Jesus name. Amen.
Prophetic Declaration: In the book of Daniel chapter 11 verse 32, (KJV), Daniel from his personal experience said: “… but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits”. I decree and declare that you shall receive GRACE to know your God and have better understanding of how to make Him happy. Psalm of David chapter 112 verses 1 to 3 (Amplified Bible) says: “Praise the Lord! (Hallelujah!) Blessed, (happy, fortunate, to be envied) is the man who fears, (reveres and worships) the Lord, who delights greatly in His commandments. His [spiritual] offspring shall be mighty upon earth; the generation of the upright shall be blessed. Prosperity and welfare are in his house, and his righteousness endures forever”. As you continue to serve Jesus Christ, the only living God, all these qualities shall be yours and God will delight in your prosperity in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
JESUS SAID: “Look, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to each person according to what they have done. Revelation chapter 22 verse 12 (NIV). Are you ready for the second coming of Jesus Christ? Please give your life to Jesus.
