Topic: Laugh a Little.
Today’s Scripture: “A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a broken spirit saps a person’s strength.” Proverbs chapter 17 verse 22, (NLT). NEW LIVING TRANSLATION.
Message: God has given you a great prescription for living a long, healthy and happy life: Laugh, and laugh a lot! The “medicine” of laughter is within everyone, but you may need to start taking it. Recent studies have shown that laughter boosts the body’s immune system, reduces stress, reduces the risk of heart attack, and even acts as a natural tranquilizer. Those are health benefits everyone needs. That’s why it’s tragic to go through life with a stone face. The enemy has convinced too many into thinking that they need to be somber and serious in order to be a Christian. But don’t fall for that trick. God wants you to laugh and live well!
Prayer for Today: Lord, thank You for a sense of humor and for laughter. Teach me how to enjoy this wonderful gift and share it with others in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Prophetic Declaration: King David, in Psalmist 126 verse 2 says: “Our mouths were filled with laughter, our tongues with songs of joy. Then it was said among the nations, “The LORD has done great things for them.” This shall be your testimony for the rest of year 2021 and beyond. When you look radiant and happy, God inside of you in form of Holy Spirit is happy. God wants you to be happy 24/7, and make people around you happy. Job chapter 8 verse 21 says: “He will yet fill your mouth with laughter and your lips with shouts of joy”. Whatever you’re passing through now, it shall result to laughter in the end in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
JESUS SAID: “Look, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to each person according to what they have done. Revelation chapter 22 verse 12 (NIV). Are you ready for the second coming of Jesus Christ? Please give your life to Jesus.
