Topic: Retrain Your Brain.
Today’s Scripture: “And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” Romans chapter 12 verse 2, (NKJV). New King James Version.
Message: Living in victory means that sometimes you have to develop new habits, new methods and new strategies. If you’ve been negative for a long time, you’ve got to re-train your thinking from “I can’t” to “I can;” from “It won’t happen” to “It will happen;” from “I’ll never get well” to “God is restoring health unto me;” from “I’m not loved” to “I’m loved, from I’m not favoured” to “favour surrounds me like a shield;” from “I’ve made too many mistakes. I’m all washed up” to “I’m redeemed and forgiven. Say it loud to yourself: “My best days are still out in front of me.” The above are part of those things Holy Spirit wants you to say repeatedly to retrain your brain. Retraining your brain with the promises of God from the scripture is very vital. It’s like refurbishing a car, putting new spare parts to replace damaged (non functional parts) of the car engine. It’s time to shake off the self-pity. Shake off the disappointment. Declare His promises over your life and see His victory as you align yourself with Him (God of many opportunities). Begin to retrain your brain and get ready for better future.
Prayer for Today: Heavenly Father, thank You for being my source of life. Thank You for Your hand of blessing that is leading and guiding me. I choose to make You the number one priority in my life. Let my heart hunger only for You today. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
Prophetic Declaration: Holy Spirit power shall bring proper revitalisation to your life and retrain your brain. In the book of First Corinthians chapter 2 verse 16, Apostle Paul says: ” …But we have the mind of Christ”. The mind of Christ that will never accept defeat and failure shall be yours. The mind that will not relent until victory is won is released to you. May the mind of Christ continues to increase in you as you also increase in His grace and favour daily. You shall not be conformed to this world and ruin your eternal destiny in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
