Topic: It’s Time for an Attitude Adjustment.

Today’s Scripture: “Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians chapter 4 verse 6, (NLT). New Living Translation.

Message: Many people ask us, “Why am I not receiving God’s best? My boss is mean, I have accommodation problems, and my spouse doesn’t treat me right. Things are not going right generally with me, why? It doesn’t seem like my prayers are ever answered!” When people ask or tell us all that, we usually encourage them to look inward. Perhaps the answer lies in your attitude. Have you ever considered that maybe the Lord is waiting for you to be thankful for what you have before He will bless you with more?

Prayer for Today: Thank you, God, for the blessings you have given me. I can sit here and think of so many ways you have enriched my life. Always give me an “attitude of gratitude.” In Jesus’ name – Amen.

Prophetic Declaration: Thanksgiving unto the Lord is the key that opens door of more blessings. Enabling power to obey The Word of God, pray with thanksgiving in every circumstance is given to you. From today, determination to develop an “attitude of gratitude”, and thank the Lord unconditionally is released to you. As you do so, God will take you places you’ve never dreamed, and you’ll live the abundant life He has in store for you. So shall it be in Jesus mighty name. Amen.
