Message: A famous doctor once said, “It is easier to maintain good health than it is to try to regain your health once you’ve lost it.” That’s why it’s so important to take care of your body and consider the long term implications of your health choices. God has great plans for you on this earth, but if your body is worn down; if you are tired all the time and your health is poor, you won’t be able to accomplish what you could otherwise. Scripture encourages us to take care of our bodies because we are the temple, the dwelling place, of the Holy Spirit. Make wise choices with your health. Stay active and choose healthy foods. Sow life into your body and reap life today and in the long term.
Prayer for Today: “Father, today I commit my body, mind and soul to You. Help me to make wise choices with my health so I can live long and fulfill the plan You have for me in Jesus’ name! Amen.”
Prophetic Declaration: Third Epistle of John chapter 1 verse 2 says: “I pray that all may go well with you, and that you may be in good health, as it goes well with your spirit and soul”. This scripture shall come to perfect fulfillment in your life. You shall receive ability to think long term, apply wisdom in the way you eat, the way you exercise your body, the way you take enough rest. I decree and declare, both your spirit, soul and body shall continue to function well to the glory of God. Resurrection power of our Lord Jesus Christ shall go into every part of your body that needs healing. So shall it be in Jesus mighty name. Amen.
