Topic: Recover Your Vision with Passionate Prayer.

Today’s Scripture: “They said to him, ‘Lord, let our eyes be opened.’ And Jesus . . . touched their eyes, and immediately they recovered their sight and followed him.”
Matthew chapter 20 verses 33 and 34 (ESV). English Standard Version.

Message: How is your perspective these days? Are you stuck in a negative pattern of thinking and have lost your sense of direction and vision, God wants you to recover your vision and locate your direction. This will only happen through passionate prayer. Maybe you’re locked into a bad habit, an unhealthy relationship or a bad attitude. No matter what it is, with passionate prayer, you can recover your vision and see things you’ve never seen before. Two blind men in Matthew chapter 20 verse 30 prayed passionate prayer when they cried: “….Lord, have mercy on us!’”. King Hezekiah prayed passionate prayer too. The Lord wants you to do the same today. God wants you to tell him in prayer what exactly you need and why you need that thing as King Hezekiah did. There are different types of prayers. But passionate prayer like that of King Hezekiah touches the heart of God most. Passionate prayer makes you recover what the enemy has stolen from you. Passionate prayer will renew your covenant with God, make you serve and follow Him in a proper way. Passionate prayer opens your spiritual eyes. It gives you humility. You start looking at life from God’s viewpoint, you see things you’ve never seen before. You see your spouse, friends, family, coworkers, and even strangers as valuable, acceptable, and forgivable. You also see those things about yourself better. Your entire perspective completely changes.

Prayer for Today: Thank you Father for giving me Jesus Christ who sent Holy Spirit into my heart. Help me to cooperate with the Holy Spirit and live prayerful life all the days of my life in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

Prophetic Declaration: Grace to come before the Lord with passionate prayer is given to you. Faith to confidently tell God all your spiritual and material needs shall be yours in Jesus mighty name. Amen.
